add 1/2 cup water and 160g sugar to medium saucepan, simmer until sugar dissolves

add pears and simmer 10 mins or until soft

remove from heat and stir in 30g honey, 40g agave, 2 teaspoons lemon juice.

blend and chill at least 2 hours
